Keith Conrad - President
Keith Conrad is the Owner/President of Halm Electrical
Contracting, Inc. Keith was born and raised in Ottawa, graduated from
Ottawa Township High School, attended Illinois Valley Community College,
and graduated from NECA/IBEW Joint Apprenticeship 5 year training
program. Keith is a former board member of the Easter Seals in Ottawa
and currently serves as President of the Ottawa Port District Board of
Directors, Vice Chairman of the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce, Vice
President of the Illinois Valley Contractors Association and he is a
Labor/Management Committee Member. He also serves on the Board of
Directors of the National Electrical Contractors Association Eastern
Illinois Chapter and the NECA/IBEW Joint Apprenticeship Board of
Directors. Keith and his wife Kim have been married since 1987 and have
one daughter who attends North Central College in Naperville.
Thomas Haeberle – Vice President
Thomas "T" Haeberle has been a successful real estate agency owner,
broker and property developer in Ottawa, since 1981.
He is a graduate of Valparaiso University with degrees in Business
and Marketing and a graduate of Ottawa Township High School.
He has held seats on various boards and committees including: Chairman,
First national Bank of Ottawa, President - Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce
and Industry, Board Member - Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitor's Bureau.
"T" is a fourth generation resident of Ottawa and has been married to
Karen Wray Haeberle since 1980. Together they have 2 children.
Richard Burton - Secretary
Richard Burton has practiced law in LaSalle County for 30
years and is currently partner at Hupp, Lanuti, Irion & Burton,
P.C. He concentrates his practice in governmental law, estate planning,
probate, real estate and mental health law. Rich is past president of
the Illinois Township Attorneys Association and is a frequent writer and
seminar presenter on various governmental matters. In 2010, the
Township Attorneys Association presented Rich with its “Bruce Scidmore
Outstanding Service Award” for long term exceptional service in the
advancement of township law.
Katie Troccoli - Treasurer
Katie Troccoli has been a successful realtor since
1986. She is Managing Broker/Realtor
with Washington Square Realtors in Ottawa, and has consistently earned
Top Producer, Multiple Million Dollar Producer and Realtor of the Year
awards. Katie is a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors and
the Illinois Valley Association of Realtors.
Katie is involved in several military organizations including
Family & Friends of the 505 RCT, 82ND Airborne, Ottawa Memorial
Association, 82nd Airborne Division Association John Steele Chapter,
Woman’s Auxiliary and American Legion, Post No. 33, Woman’s Auxiliary.
Troccoli is an active advocate for environmental organizations
such as Fox River Alliance, Illinois Audubon Society, Residents Against a
Polluted Environment, and Citizens Utility Board. She participated in
the concept plan and promoted successful legislation which created the
Illinois Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor.
A paratrooper’s daughter, Katie is married with three grown and successful children.

William Franklin Jr.
William H Franklin, Jr. has an Electrical Engineering Degree from
the University of Iowa. He was the founder, with his son, of B&B
Electronics which is located in Ottawa. He presently owns Frequency
Devices Inc. an Ottawa company that manufacturers many different kinds
of electronic filters. He is very active in the community and has
served on the Ottawa Area Chamber Board, Illinois Valley Community
College Board, Marquette High School Board, the Ottawa Community
Development Board, and the St. Mary’s Hospital Board.
Mark Stoudt
Mark Stoudt is currently employed by Ottawa Savings Bank as the
Chief Landing Officer. He was born and raised in Ottawa, is a graduate
of Marquette High School and received a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration from Lewis University. Mark has been involved in
community banking for over 20 years with the past 15 years serving the
business area in Ottawa and surrounding communities. He currently serves
as a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of LaSalle, Bureau and Putnam
Counties, Ottawa Visitors Center in addition to the Ottawa Port
District. Previously he has served as a Board Member of the Easter Seals
Center in Ottawa along with volunteering for various youth sports
programs in Ottawa. He currently lives in Ottawa with his wife and two
children.
Charles P. Sheridan
Charles Sheridan was born and raised in Ottawa and graduated from Marquette High
School. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University in 1986 and has
been a Licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois since 1993. Along with his two brothers
he operates Marquette Steel Supply & Fabrication, Inc. in Ottawa, a steel fabricator
of structural and miscellaneous steel serving the northern Illinois area and surrounding
states. Charles is a member of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and serves as the
Chairman pro tem of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Ottawa.
John Stone
Born and raised in Ottawa, John is a graduate of Ottawa Township
High School and Devry University. He has engaged in machine tool
manufacturing for the past 25 years and currently holds the position of
Regional Manager Of Sales with LNS America, Inc. based in Cincinnati,
OH. He also serves as commissioner for The City Of Ottawa - Zoning Board
Of Appeals and serve as Vice Chairmen with the Ottawa Plan Commission.
John is married and has two children. |
